Attraverso questo Percorso Formativo Centro UNESCO e SIOI intendono, a partire dalle tematiche UNESCO/IYPE, stimolare gli studenti alla ricerca e raccolta di "buone pratiche" nei seguenti campi:
a) IMPATTO AMBIENTALE: come riconoscere e tutelare i patrimoni naturali e umani
b) MUTAMENTI CLIMATICI E NUOVE PROFESSIONI: come conoscerle e praticarle?
c) AMBIENTE E LEGALITA’: quali le nuove sfide locali e internazionali.
Durante la Giornata inaugurale tutti gli esperti previsti dal Programma sono intervenuti.
Una piacevole sorpresa è stato l’arrivo, accompagnato dal Rettore Pelizzetti, di Carlo Pettini, che ha plaudito all’iniziativa e chiesto ai giovani di “amare la Terra”.
Per dare inizio ad un impatto ambientale più rispettoso della realtà globale Centro UNESCO e SIOI hanno deciso di devolvere l'equivalente del coffée break destinato alla Giornata dall'associazione NutriAid per la costruzione di tre abitazioni per bambini denutriti in Rwanda.
Gli studenti e i docenti presenti alla Giornata erano 250 e molti altri, in totale gli iscritti sono 670, hanno seguito l’evento in streaming attraverso il sito dell’Università www.110.unito.itIl Percorso Formativo proseguirà ora con il Corso di Formazione per docenti che si svolgerà presso il Campus ONU di Torino-sede UNICRI nella seguenti date:
